This is fairly new to us. For now I am just going to say, throw in an extra dollar and we will ship to wherever you are. Once I get rates figured out more completely I guess that could go up or down. Presumably it should not take longer than a few days for in the U.S. and probably 1-3 weeks depending on where in the world you are!
